Connection through a Proxy Server

Some companies use firewalls to separate intranets from the Internet for security reasons. One of the ways to access the Internet through a firewall is by using a proxy server. Most proxy servers allow URLs starting with “http” but may block those starting with “https.” Since these configurations depend on the network administrator of the company, you need to confirm whether or not the proxy server at your company is compatible with SSL.
